A great Stop motion, ‘Madame Tutli Putli’. (2007, Canada) - 17 minute. Produced and directed by Clyde Henry Productions and The National Film of Canada.

This website  explains the special technique they used for the motion of eyes of the characters which was tracking the human eyes on the faces of stop motion puppets, it is one of the most brilliant techniques I have ever encountered. Technique was created by Jason Walker.
